By downloading or using Travelix, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Travelix is a collaborative trip-planning and expense-splitting app provided at no cost by MyndsIT. It's offered "as is" — we do our best to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee uptime or that every feature will work perfectly on every device.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time — see our Delete your account page.
Your content
Trip data, expenses, ideas, media, and anything else you enter belong to you and the members of the trip. We host it so the group can collaborate; we don't claim ownership or use it for anything beyond providing the service to you.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Travelix for anything illegal.
- Don't try to break, probe, or overload the service.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Be decent to other members of your trips.
Payments & disputes
Travelix helps groups track and split shared expenses, but it does not move money. Any settlement between friends happens outside the app (Venmo, Bizum, cash, or otherwise). We are not a party to those transfers and are not responsible for resolving disputes between members.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyndsIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Travelix. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service — which, for the free version, is zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll do our best to notify you inside the app or at the email on your account.
