What gets deleted
We remove your profile, your sign-in credentials, the invite links you created, and every trip where you are the only member, along with all its plans, expenses, ideas, polls, packing items, and media. You are also removed from every trip you share with other people, and any pending invites to you are withdrawn.
What may remain
Trips you share with other people belong to the whole group, so they aren't deleted. If you own one, ownership passes to another member. What you added to a shared trip (expenses, activities, ideas, polls, packing items) stays so the group's split math remains consistent, but your name on those entries becomes the anonymous placeholder “Former member”.
Timeline
Deleting from the app takes effect immediately. Requests sent through this page are completed within 90 days. Backups that include your data are rotated out within 90 days either way.
